Art Deco Style Swiss Imhof Gilt Bronze Mantel Clock

1940 - 1960
Description

This art deco style retro swiss imhof mantel clock has an 8 day movement and a red enamelled dial with gilded chapter ring, gilded hands and roman numerals. It is marked on the dial 'imhof' with a number 1536012 on the back, 15 jewels and a fast/slow adjustment screw. The clock case is 20 cms square X 3.5 cms deep, I believe is gilded bronze as it is so heavy and the clock face is covered with bevelled glass. The clock is in good working order and dates from around the 1960's.
