A good quality Georgian mahogany corner cupboard dating from the late 18th Century. It has an attractive bow front with two doors and inlaid bone urn shaped escutcheons. It has a dentil cornice with an elegant inlaid marquetry border below with shell motifs and a central panel featuring Britannia and her lion.The doors open to reveal a shelved interior with two small drawers. The interior has been painted white at some point. There is a small brass latch for one door and it comes with a working key for the lock.It is in good condition with a lovely rich patina. There are of course some signs of age and use, some light marks and knocks but nothing detrimental or untoward. It is generally clean and tidy inside.
