A handsome late 19th / early 20th century mahogany corner cupboard on its original stand, designed in the Georgian revival manner.
The cupboard features a dentil cornice above fluted pilasters and a shaped fielded panel door, opening to reveal a series of shaped internal corner shelves. The interior retains a soft historic painted finish, adding charm and practicality. The whole is raised on a purpose-made stand with square tapering legs, giving the piece a lighter and more elegant presence than floor-standing corner cupboards.
A versatile and decorative piece, ideal for use in a kitchen, hallway, bathroom or boot room, and particularly well suited to country house or classic Georgian-inspired interiors.
