Technical Description

A superb engraved 18th century balustroid wine glass dating to c1730. It has a tulip bowl engraved and polished with fruiting vine and an engraved butterfly. Inverted air beaded baluster knop stem above a domed foot.

Date & Origin

England, c1730. Period of George II.

Condition

No chips or cracks, the foot has had a minor polish to the rim.
