The top of the case then has a gilt bronze figure of father time on a gilt base. The rest of the case then has an array of fantastic scrolling, gilt mounts which set the case off beautifully. Finally the case is finished by four extremely tall, scrolling gilt bronze legs which are extremely unusual and finish the clock perfectly!

The dial is then enamel and set out in black Arabic numerals with lovely painted flowers to the centre. There is then a thin ring of dots marking the minutes with every 15 minutes marked in Arabic numerals. The dial is then finished by two lovely gilt and shaped hands as well as a domed, protective glass set into a brass bezel.

The movement is then wound from the front and accessed from the back. It is fully working, ticks as it should and chimes once on the half past as well as the number of hours on the hour via a bell.
It measures approximately:
20” / 51cm Tall.
6.75” / 17cm Tall.
