Description

A very smart and high quality mahogany Westminster-Chime bracket/mantel clock by REINHOLD SCHNECKENBURGER of MULHEIM, a renowned maker of upper-end clocks.

The domed top, mahogany case retains it's beautifully French-polished finish with a wonderful, age related patina. It has a latch operated fully opening front door with an arched, bevel glazed, brass surround inset and shaped spandrels to the top corners. It has a brass carrying handle and stands on brass ogee bracket feet.

The silvered dial has black Arabic numerals and nicely cut hands. It has subsidiary Rise & Fall and STRIKE/SILENT dials.

The 8 day movement strikes the Westminster chime on the quarters and the number of hours on a separate coiled gong. It has just been fully refurbished by our BHI registered horologist and carries our usual 12mths full parts and labour guarantee.

Keeping perfect time and complete with original winding key.

A beautifully presented and quality clock.
