Brief Description:

This is a tall, superb original 18th-century 8-day Chinoiserie Longcase Clock in the rare and beautiful colours of yellow and red.

The fabulous piece is currently fitted with an 8-day clock movement with a Jason Cox, Long Acre, London brass clock face.

(Note: The clock movement will require TLC/full-overhauling).

The clock case is a truly remarkable example and is offered in first-class condition!

The hood and the clock case are embellished with chinoiserie decoration, including exotic birds, koi carp, and landscapes.
