Superb Slim Antique Victorian Mahogany Chiffonier / Cupboard

This Superb Early 19th century Antique Victorian Mahogany Chiffonier / Cupboard is of unusual small slim proportions and dates from around 1840. It has a raised shaped back with two small shelves and stunning turned upright supports. This sits above a beautifully figured top with a frieze drawer, having two small turned handles. Below is a central cupboard door with column turned sides. The interior comprises of two removable shelves. This fine piece stands on a four elegant turned bun feet and has wonderful genuine charm and character. The Mahogany has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
