A really unusual table top tambour filing cabinet in oak that dates to around 1905
In great original condition in a nice honey oak colour. I have gently cleaned and waxed it leaving its original patina and age marks
Has nice brass escutcheons on the two lower drawers which can be locked to secure the sliding oak front and four sliding open drawers that are for filing
A very nice item that would grace a period or contemporary home and could be used in a kitchen to store recipe cards or in a hallway on a table to store small documents
It measures 13 inches high, 9 1/2 inches wide and 9 inches deep
