D and A Binder Ltd has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
Made from solid elm, it was a tea dispensary. The lift up lid conceals a copper insert to hold the tea leaves , keeping them fresh. The front has 5 drawers in the front. The elm has a stunning grain to it, giving this cabinet a beautiful finish. Still in good condition.
