Description

Very good quality late Regency marble top rosewood and brass grille chiffonier or pier cabinet with adjustable shelves and working lock and key, circa 1830.

wonderful rich colouring to the well figured rosewood veneers, contrasting well with the pleated raw silk and brass grilles, flanked with carved scrolls.

The adjustable shelves giving good bookshelf space or perhaps could make for a fabulous drinks cabinet.

The marble top has an overhang to the back so you can place this cabinet so it fits flush to the wall with the marble.
