Driscolls Antiques Ltd has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
1900. It has a swan neck pediment that sits above four glazed doors with astragal glazing bars and brass clash mould. There is a key with working locks. This fine Edwardian antique cabinet has inlaid banding around the edges and it stands on cabriole legs. It splits into two sections for removal and the upper section has two shelves whilst the lower has one. It has aged to a warm rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
