Both tables have lovely original marble tops which are finished with a fretwork 3/4 brass gallery, and are of a really good size so there’s plenty of room for a generous size lamp etc. Useful storage area with the tambour slides, standing on fluted tapered legs with a further potboard shelf and turned legs with brass caps.
One of the cabinets is slightly narrower than the other, by 2 inches or 5cm, but only noticeable when they are placed alongside each other like this for photographing. Once placed as bedside cabinets or sofa lamp tables, they don’t notice!
