English Regency Antique Cedarwood Display Cabinet

A lovely early 19th century antique cabinet and display, very well made in fabulous cedarwood timbers that dates to around 1815. The antique cabinet has two doors with Moorish greeted out pales with original grills inserted and with fabric behind. To the top is a glass display case with a hinged opening top with a wooden stay. High quality Regency English craftsmanship and in superb condition and a wonderful, original colour. Entirely made in cedar, even the backboards, possibly as an insect repellant for whatever was intended for display within the glass case.
