Superb Pair Antique Victorian Mahogany Chippendale Cabinets C1880 Wdb6002/27.9

Description

This is a superb pair antique victorian mahogany chippendale cabinets and dating from around 1880. They have a shaped and moulded back rail with carved edge to the top above a single serpentine shaped door with working key and with moulded oval to the centre and with deep cross banded edge and to either side of the door is a chinese lattice work frieze. Internally there is a shelf. They stand on lovely carved cabriole legs with a claw and ball foot.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality mahogany oozing the charm and character of the victorian period.

Each cabinet measures: 47" high to back rail X 40" high to top X 24" deep X internal depth 20" X 24" wide
