Here we have a wonderful 18th century Italian curio or grand tour display cabinet c1790. As you can see the cabinet has great colour and patina. There is a Leather top which would suggest this may have been a shop display cabinet in the grand tour era. There is a single opening door with original glass. The top section is made with revealed thick dovetail joints visible underneath. The sides have painted scenes and tralied decoration to the front and the top of the base. There is carved decoration to the legs with original paint. A super rare cabinet in fantastic retail condition and an wonderful interior design piece. The dimensions are approx 130 cm high 56 cm wide 45 cm deep.
