Clockwise welcomes into its collection an eight day ebonised Vienna wall clock dating from the 1870''s in excellent condition. The eight day movement strikes once on the half hour and the full hour at the hour and has the serial number 96000 stamped on the backplate. The hammer strikes on a lovely sounding coiled gong and the movement has just been fully serviced . The case has also been polished and the two-piece ceramic dial is in excellent condition as are the original hands. This is an increasingly rare style of clock and an impressive piece of furniture at over 4ft in height.
For peace of mind this clock comes with my three year guarantee as standard.
Clockwise specialises in longcase and bracket clocks and with global clients from the world of business, film, sport, royalty and aristocracy - yet more than happy with traditional clients - Clockwise has an unrivalled reputation for excellence and superb service.
