Description

This magnificent item is as good today as the day it was made. We have never seen one as nice as this, they are normally ‘a bit worse for wear.’ This gramophone is produced by the well-known manufacturer HMV & is in fully working order. The oak cabinet has a flip top lid which opens to the gramophone and a winding handle fits to the side of the cabinet. The cabinet has two doors which open to reveal a shelved interior for storing records & adjust the volume ! The cabinet is supported on turned front legs with a shaped stretcher. This was once a state-of-the-art machine and would make a great talking point in any home. This gramophone plays 78rpm records, some of which are included in the sale. 1920's/1930's
