Antique Georgian Tall Walnut Full Height Corner Cabinet C1780 Wdb4929/12.7

Description

Lovely 18th century dutch (english georgian period)walnut full height corner cabinet and dating from aorund 1780. It has a swan neck pedament top above two glazed doors with brass escutcheon and key and with three internal shaped shelves and original iron bolts and the sides are canted with inlaid stringing. It has a shaped shelf to the base above two strung panelled doors with inlaid central panel and with inlaid figures. The sides are canted and also with inlaid figures. Internally there is a shaped shelf and it stands on shaped bracket feet.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the walnut oozing the charm and character of the period.

The top separates from the base for ease of transporting.

Measures: 96" high X 27" deep X 31" side depth X 40" wide
