This Inlaid Rosewood Music Cabinet not only offers good storage but also has a usable display area. The legs have a triple line inlay to them and terminate in brown ceramic wheeled brass castors. The door has a central marquetry panel surrounded by 4 mirror panes. The glass in the bottom of the door allows viewing of the display area, where you will find the lower shelves, lined in a plush ivory velvet.
The top is decoratively inlaid as is the back stand that stops anything rolling off the top. Veneered throughout in beautifully figured Rosewood that sets off the lighter inlay so well, and presented in fully restored condition, a very refined and useful piece of furniture.
