The strikingly figured rectangular top has moulded edges with unusually styles corners. The central glazed door has moulded edges and a key with working lock, once opened it reveals three removable, later, glass shelves. The corners of the piece are unusually inverted with carved detailing to the top and base. This fine antique cabinet stands on a moulded plinth and is a wonderful golden shade of walnut with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
