Description

This is a very elegant French Regency style bookcase or display cabinet with elegant styling, dating from around 1890. The cabinet has four large multi positional shelves making a great storage or display piece and has good quality bevelled glass panels to the doors. The bookcase has carved and reeded detail and has been attractively painted in a tasteful deep French grey with a nice textured finish. The doors have a working lock and key and the cabinet is raised on stout tapering turned tulip feet.

The cabinet is an imposing piece at 198 cms high 110 cms wide by 46 cms deep.

The shelves are 31 cms deep by 97 cms wide.
