Description

Circa 1930, rare freestanding mahogany display cabinet or museum cabinet, by Whytock and Reid of Edinburgh. With a moulded mahogany frame and full length doors on each side, and the interior has 3 plate glass shelves. The cabinet has a cross banded frieze with flame mahogany panels and is supported on moulded square legs with classical Lorimer carved toes.
