The chest with a cross banded faced top, above ionic columns flanking an ogee cushion front drawer, and thence an arrangement of pairs of short drawers, flanking a bonnet drawer, above three long graduated drawers.
The lower frieze likewise veneered in figured mahogany. The chest standing on tapered ball feet.
Date circa 1850.
