French Mahogany and Brass Vitrine.

1900 - 1920
Description

This mahogany and brass french display cabinet is offered in very good condition.

The cabinet has been cleaned and polished with the brass detailing sympathetically burnished.

The cabinet has an original black marble top surrounded by a fretted brass gallery.

The cabinet has brass fluting to either side of the door, brass beading below the pierced gallery top. Brass beading around each glazed panel and brass detailing to the feet.

The cabinet stands on turned mahogany feet.

The cabinets shelves and back had been covered in a cream fabric, we took off the fabric and found the original fabric underneath which is in good condition.

The cabinet has a working lock and key.

The dimensions are
