A substantial Napoleon III style boulle 2 door side cabinet. The rectangular variegated marble top above the cushion moulded frieze which has ormolu mounts with tortoiseshell and brass inlay. The stiles having further ormolu mounts against an ebony background. The cabinet has 2 bevel edged glazed doors within boulle frames with mounts and working lock with keys. The whole raised on an ebonised and shaped plinth with outline brass stringing and further ormolu mounts. This attractive side cabinet is in superb original condition and has been fully cleaned & waxed. Dimensions:- Height…52.5’’/ 133.5cm. Width…47’’/ 119.5cm. Depth…16.25’’/ 42cm.
