Victorian Burr Walnut Music Cabinet

19th century
Description

Highest quality Victorian marquetry inlaid burr walnut veneered music cabinet of great size. The first thing to say is the cabinet is in un-touched original condition. High quality being all veneered on mahogany with mahogany interior and mahogany drawer linings. The cabinet has a pair of doors at the top with a single shelf inside with a drawer below and a single glazed door beneath that with the interior having shaped mahogany divisions for storing sheet music. The cabinet is in first class condition and is a lovely colour with original patination and waxed finish. The cabinet has its original brown porcelain and brass castors to the base.
