A very versatile item from just post 1900 at a bargain price, this narrow chest is in original condition, a few scuff marks over its life but as stated everything is original, from the finish, the good colour, the pretty brass handles, the brass castors etc. It is panelled all round so does not have to go against a wall, it can be a centre piece in a hall perhaps with large vase, sculpture, or floral display, it can be for keys and gloves, it can be a music cabinet ot collectors cabinet or indeed a slim tall elegant chest of drawers.
