Here we have for sale today this outstanding early 20th century French bedside cabinet or pot cupboard.
Dating from around 1920''s and all made in mahogany with satinwood inlaid and a birdseye-maple centre, and fitted with gilded mounts.
Standing on turned legs fitted with brass collars and having this pink marble top (old repairs), with a single drawer above an open compartment, also fitted with a single door enclosing a marble lined compartment.
It''s been into the workshop for a re-polish and looks stunning with this rich colour and a beautiful polish (please see pictures)
This cabinet is solid in all its joints, with NO breaks, NO splits, & NO woodworm.
Please note that this cabinet is in excellent condition, ready to use and requires no restoration.
