Good Table-top "Jewellery" Cabinet

Description

A gorgeous early/mid Victorian table-top JEWELLERY CABINET in fine and original condition.

Veneered all over in calamander wood, with gilded and cast brass handles to the sides, the front doors are beautifully inlaid with olivewood; boxwood and burr walnut, whilst the top is banded in kingwood.

The doors open to reveal an arrangement of eleven small drawers, beautifully made and lined in oak, all of which retain their original gilt "axehead"? handles. It is supported on solid ogee feet and is complete with two working keys. 13 x 11 x 7ins. (33x28x18cms)
