Here we have for sale today this lovely mid Victorian pier cabinet.
Dating from around 1860 and all made in English Walnut. Standing on a plinth with polished sides, a single glazed door with inlaid and marquetry panels, a polished top with a straight edge. Gilded brass mounts and keyhole escutcheon, with working lock and key. The interior has been relined with this pale silk watermark fabric.
Its been into the workshop for a clean and re-polish & relined, and looks stunning with this mellow walnut colour (please see pictures)
This cabinet is solid in all its joints with NO breaks & NO woodworm.
Please note that this cabinet is in excellent condition, ready to use and requires NO restoration.
