The cupboard doors have centralized marquetry and parquetry inlay and applied chinoiserie lacquered panels depicting traditional Chinese landscapes, the inlay and lacquered panels are repeated on the canted corners. The cabinets are each raised on five square supports, the four front of which are beautifully inlaid and terminate with small brass feet. The condition of these cabinets is excellent, there are very minor marks to the top of one cabinet, these are not detrimental and are shown in the photographs. The cabinet doors each have working locks and keys. This rare and magnificent pair of floor standing exhibition quality cabinets would be an elegant, distinctive and stylish focal point in any interior.
