The fine quality solid mahogany box with its original "Swan-neck"? cast brass carrying handle, opens to reveal the interior fitted with 15 various bottles and jars, all with original labels and some with contents.
The two sections to the front hinge open to reveal two further small drawers in which scales, weights and other items live, plus four extra drawers with sliding lids which contain other medications! A good early Medicine Cabinet. Original working key, which operates the two original locks. 10 x 9 x 10ins high.
