Michael Johnson Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
To the left hand side is an area especially for a crystal glass cut bowl which I must add is in great condition also. It has flush brass handles to the drawers. It dates to the Victorian period c.1870. On the back it has the original sold label stating: W.Whiteley Westbourne Grove Bayswater London W. Finally it comes with fully functioning lock and key.
