Superb Boulle Side Cabinet

Description

A attractive and good quality 19th century French Boulle inlaid 2 door side cabinet. Having an inset white marble top above the Boulle frieze with rounded corners and ormolu mounts. The 2 doors having large oval convex panels with further brass work against the ebonized ground. The rounded stiles with boulle work and stunning ormolu mounts. The whole stands on a plinth base with brass stringing and mounts. Condition - Very good and mahogany lined throughout with working lock and key. Dimensions:- Height...42.75''/ 118.5cm. Width...50.5''/ 128cm. Depth...17''/ 43cm.
