Black Lacquered Corner Cabinet with Scarlet Interior

Description

Stunning Japanese black lacquered corner cabinet with beautiful hand gilded scenes and the interior being in scarlet lacquer with further decor. Circa 1920

Great decor piece, good for display too as there is a glass top for this, although not in the photos...it is included in the price.

Good condition with just a few minor knocks here and there, these could be restored if required,

The interior shelf is adjustable and is shaped for taller bottle size pieces to stand at the front

Measuring:

35 1/2'' or 90cm high

24'' or 60cm across front corner to corner

16 1/2'' or 42cm deep

Delivery to most England, Wales and Scotland addresses at £55, but please send me your postcode if you are a bit remote or coastal as it could be more...or you are very welcome to collect from me in Uppingham, Rutland

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
