Description:
Here is a fine quality antique Art Deco figured Walnut drinks cabinet, circa 1930, in great original condition. The cabinet is constructed with lovely mirror matched walnut veneers on a solid frame. The cabinet boasts a cloud shaped design with carved scroll sides. The cabinet opens to reveal its original three adjustable graduated glass shelves, below which is further storage space. The doors retain their original elegantly designed Art Deco metal handles with etched geometric pattern. The right hand door retains its original metal escutcheon, working lock and includes a working key. The cabinet stands on its original splayed plinth, featuring scroll shape carvings on the corners. The item boasts classic Art Deco styling throughout; this is visible in the elegant curved corners, stepped design and clean lines.

Condition Report:
This drinks cabinet is in great original condition, which is commensurate with its age. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges, but nothing significant considering the age of the item. The cabinet boasts lovely mirror matched figured walnut veneers, boasting a golden brown colour, on a solid frame. There is no missing veneer. The doors close flush to the frame, while the right-hand door retains its original door lock, including a working key. The item also includes its original glass shelves. The item is well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.
