The door opens to a cream silk lined interior with 1 small and 2 large shelves. The lower section having 3 mahogany lined drawers with good quality brass rococo handles and the whole stands on square moulded legs with gadrooned carved feet and joined with a supporting under tier. This fine cabinet is in excellent original condition with working lock and key. Dimensions:- Height…73’’/ 186cm. Width…44.5’’/ 113cm. Depth…16’’/ 40cm.
This cabinet bears an ivorine label for Hamptons of Pall Mall, London. Hamptons were known for their fashionable and high quality furniture, available in all styles from historical to modern.
