An Intriguing Mahogany Table Cabinet

Description

An unusual and fine quality early 19th century fitted TABLE CABINET.

To the front are two panelled doors which open to reveal the well-fitted interior with two banks of drawers and pigeonholes which flank a locking central door. This opens to reveal a further bank of drawers etc, whilst the whole top opens to reveal a velvet-lined interior for jewellery, valuables etc. It is supported on solid mahogany ogee feet. Excellent condition and complete with full set of keys.

**There is a surprise: the entire cabinet can be turned around to reveal the identical arrangement of doors; drawers and pigeonholes around the back!
