Dating From Around 1870, This Beautifully Figured Victorian Walnut Antique Pier / Display Cabinet has a beautifully figured top with ebonized moulded edge above two glazed doors with key with working lock. The sides and frieze have elegant boxwood inlays and stunning brass ormolu mounts.
This eye catching antique stands on a plain plinth and the walnut has aged to a golden shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
