An Edwards & Roberts Satinwood Wall Cabinet

Description

This wall cabinet is in very good and original condition and was manufactured by the prestigious London cabinet making firm of Edwards and Roberts in the Sheraton revival style in the Late Victorian era. They used the very highest of materials and craftsmen to produce their pieces and this cabinet is a fine example. With 2 glazed doors and 2 shelves to the interior, it also features a "swan neck pediment" inlaid with hare-wood in a foliate design, a dental cornice and hare bells inlaid to either side of the doors.
