Rare Pair of Edwardian Walnut Antique Tambour Front Office Cabinets

This Splendid Pair of Edwardian Walnut Antique Tambour Front Office Cabinets are simply unique due to them being a matching pair and date from around 1900. They have lift up writing slopes above a tambour sliding front with key with working lock and brass key escutcheons stamped Kenrick and Jefferson West Bromwich. The interiors have sliding trays with brass plaques and they stand on plain plinths, the mahogany has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

Width: 49 cm / 19.5 inches

Depth : 44 cm / 17.5 inches
