Magnificent Quality Feathered Mahogany, Quality Edwardian Inlaid Antique Display Cabinet.

Dating from ca. 1900 this is truly a magnificent piece made by a master craftsman due to the finest quality feathered mahogany timbers used along with fine box wood string inlays. This fine quality antique display cabinet has a central door with striking moulded glazing bars, key and working lock, flanked by two bow fronted glazed panels. The interior has three fixed shelves with fabric linings and the piece stands elegantly on tapering legs with spade feet. It is in almost immaculate condition and has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
