Large Maple and Co. (stamp to drawer) inlaid rosewood glazed display cabinet or bookcase. Dates from around 1900. Lovely inlaid rosewood with ormolu brass decoration. A great decorative piece of nice quality. This is a lovely item, with a nice look together with loads of charm and character. Solid, with no loose joints and the mahogany lined drawers slide freely. No woodworm. We have keys.

As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations. The later velour lining is old, faded, worn and marked. Mirror is in very good condition with only minor oxidation. Later rear upstand replacing a larger over the top back.

Overall maximum dimensions: 137.5cm wide, 40cm deep, 106cm high (plus 5cm upstand).
