Mahogany Folding Folio Cabinet

1900 - 1920
Description

Circa 1900, mahogany folding folio cabinet. The rectangular top with a moulded edge is hinged and opens. The front section has a double fielded panel and is also hinged, with brass brackets at the top which fold down to form the legs when open. Inside is fitted with three divisions. The back legs are also hinged and fold away. The cabinet is freestanding and unusual. The brass hinges are in the Aesthetic Movement style.
