This delightful pair of french bedside cabinets are offered in very good condition.
The cabinets retain their original marble tops and period brass fittings.
The cabinets have a marble top with a moulded edge, below the top there is a drawer with an original brass handle in the shape off a ribbon.
Either side of the drawer there are brass ormolu mounts.
The cabinets have a cupboard below the drawer with an inlaid panel that is cross banded in satinwood.
There are shelves at the base with quartered veneer detailing.
The cabinets stand on turned and fluted solid mahogany legs with their original castors.
One of the cabinet doors has has a split in bottom corner of the door which has been restored and is hardly noticeable.
We also have the matching kingsize bed and washstand that will be listed shortly.
