The moulded cornice has a delightful beaded edge above two astragal glazed doors with original brass handles, key and working lock. The interior has two removable glass shelves and the original fabric lining. The sides of the cabinet are also glazed to allow that all important light inside to best display the contents. There is a decorative beaded lower edge above two mahogany lined drawers with original brass handles. The piece stands on raised legs with small shaped corner brackets and has aged to a rich medium shade of mahogany with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
