The pair of doors having matched quarter veneers creating a sunburst effect with boxwood foliate inlays. The interior having pull out leather lined hinged writing slope with pentray and inkwells and inset brass handle to front. Two long maple fronted drawers above with ebonised knobs having a further two short drawers above flanked by pigeon holes with arcaded tops. The left hand door having hinged book rest. The glazed door below having line inlaid frame with foliate inlaid corners enclosing 3 leather fronted shelves having gilded distressed lettering. On shaped plinth base and castors.
