This is a delightful piece, it has been made in to a free standing Chest of Drawers, originally it would have been fitted to a wall in a Chemist Shop, the carcass of the chest is solid pine and the drawer fronts are mahogany.

The chest of drawers has 16 small drawers (9” deep, 5” wide and 5” high), 6 medium sized drawers (9” deep, 7” wide and 5” high), and 4 larger drawers 9” deep, 10.5” wide and 7” high, at the bottom there is a small pigeon hole with a mirror behind, and above this a hidden compartment containing a small brass balance scales .
The chest of Drawers is 56” long, 33” high and 12” deep
