Cabinet Victorian Walnut Pier Cabinet C1870

Here we have a stunning Victorian figured Walnut and Amboyna pier cabinet. As you can see the cabinet has excellent colour and patina. The cabinet has all the high end qualities expected of a cabinet of the perion. There is a beautiful figured Walnut top with ebonised thumb moulded edge. This leads to a frieze of two inlaid Amboyna panels with a Satin wood and Ebony Marquetry inlaid roundel to the centre. Below is a strip of ormolu with to ormolu drops beneath. There are four further Amboyna panels to the sides again with the same Marquetry roundels between. The doors retains the original glass working lock and key. There is also some Satinwood stringing around the door frame. The cabinet is finished with a super figured walnut plinth base. A super cabinet of exceptional quality as ever in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 30 inches wide 12 deep and 39 inches high.
